I found your video on The History of Governor Thomas Bibb and the Bibb Mansion. The historical facts that you present on the Bibb family, as well as the mansion, are remarkable.

My fiancée, Lilla Bea Granger (of Montgomery), works at Children’s Hospital of Alabama on the Major Gifts Team of the Foundation — she works for Chandler Harris Bibb. Chandler’s husband, Murray Bibb, is of the Bibb family from your Southern Heirlooms episode. We have shared the video with her, and she has shared it with her husband’s family, as well as turned it into a history lesson for her young children. It is fascinating to learn that Thomas Bibb’s mother, Sally, was first cousins with Martha Washington.
